聚烯烴導(dǎo)電泡棉:在電鍍前將聚烯烴泡棉均勻打孔,然后整體電鍍,這樣不僅表面導(dǎo)電,而且上下整體都導(dǎo)通,具有了的導(dǎo)電性。
由于聚烯烴泡棉本身具備非常好的彈性,耐溫性能良好(200℃)。尺寸可定制,所以經(jīng)金屬化處理后用途***,用于尺寸公差小(+/-0.05mm),經(jīng)簡單模切或分條可作襯墊,I/O接口替代目前市面的導(dǎo)電泡棉,適用于PDA, LCD,手機,數(shù)字電視,筆記本電腦等。
由于聚烯烴導(dǎo)電泡棉不耐撕裂,故將聚烯烴導(dǎo)電泡棉與導(dǎo)電無紡布貼合起來整體電鍍,為聚烯烴導(dǎo)電泡棉與NW即無紡導(dǎo)電布,網(wǎng)紗布或普通方格導(dǎo)電布的復(fù)合體,使用于要求耐撕裂的場合,如長度較長厚度小于1mm的襯墊。
導(dǎo)電海綿,厚度:0.3,0.5,0.8,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5mm,由聚酯海綿電鍍,柔軟,壓縮比大于70%。***用于手機,筆記本電腦,液晶屏幕等要求壓縮比較大的配合間隙和塑殼結(jié)合處。
The polyolefin foam material is that added flexibility and heat-resistance property into polyethylene. Also as an excellent material for FR(Flame Retardant) and molding, it is used for various applications with its superior characters such as cushion, water resistance, chemical character, etc.
TRO is electroless plated to have conductive on it. Therefore it’s cheaper and a great shielding effectiveness. TR has been produced by various requests such as a form of thin gasket, a cushion, I/O, ideal replacement of current conductive foam in application. Suitable for PDA, LCD, Cell Phone, Notebook, etc.
TRO is not strong enough to meet some special application, so laminated with non-woven, mesh or rip-stop fabric before plating to enhance tensile strength. Extra Sn-plated (black )is another choice.
特征Feature:
1. 簡單加工后用作導(dǎo)電襯墊,I/O接口,特別適合數(shù)字電視,LCD,手機,筆記本電腦等要求裝配公差嚴格的場合。尺寸公差可達:+/-0.1mm.
Tolerance near +/-0.1mm, good heat resistance, low in compress set, die cut it as I/O, slit it as supper thin gaskets, suitable for digital television, LCD, Cell Phone, Notebook.
2. 柔軟,阻燃,耐溫,密封,尺寸公差小,完全可替代市面導(dǎo)電泡棉。
Soft, flexible, Flame Retardant, high temperature resistance (around 200℃), seal, tight in tolerance (+/-0.1), low cost, ideal replacement of the current conductive foam.
3.在鍍鎳銅鎳的基礎(chǔ)上,可以進行鍍鎳錫合金處理,顏色為黑色,以適應(yīng)特殊場合的需要.
Extra Ni-Sn alloy plated is a choice.
